Hi, I’m Jasmin! I’m a qualified person-centred counsellor with a diploma in therapeutic counselling. My own life journey led me to discover just how powerful counselling can be. Like many, I’ve found myself in places where I felt stuck, unsure of my next step. It was through counselling that I learned to reconnect with myself, embrace my imperfections, and step into a life that feels true and authentic – free from shame and the judgments of others. This experience gave me the courage to speak up for myself and live in a way that truly aligns with who I am.
And while I’ve made great strides in my own personal journey, I want to be honest – it’s still very much a work in progress. Healing, growth, and self-discovery are ongoing processes, and I continue to learn and evolve every day. It’s this very process that inspires me to support others as they find their own path, because I understand that the journey isn’t linear. It’s full of twists, turns, and bumps along the way, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate your unique experience.
I recognise that everyone’s journey to healing and personal development is different. That’s why I adapt my approach to meet the specific needs of each client, empowering you to take control of your life and move forward at your own pace.
In addition to my private practice, I spend one day a week volunteering at Mind, a respected mental health charity. This experience has not only expanded my professional skills but has also given me a deeper understanding of the diverse challenges people face when it comes to mental well-being. It’s allowed me to connect with people from all walks of life, each bringing their own story and perspective.
I hold an enhanced DBS, ensuring that I provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for anyone I work with. I’m here to listen, support, and walk alongside you as you continue your journey, knowing that we’re all constantly learning and growing – together.
