Online Counselling

I currently offer online counselling sessions only, via secure video calls.

Online counselling provides a safe, accessible, and flexible space for you to explore what’s on your mind—wherever you feel most comfortable. Research shows that online therapy offers the same benefits as face-to-face counselling, including emotional support, increased self-awareness, and meaningful personal growth.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, or simply looking for a space to be heard, online counselling allows us to connect in a way that fits your lifestyle. You don’t need to travel, rearrange your day, or worry about finding the “right words” in person. Instead, you can talk openly from your own space, at your own pace.

If you're unsure whether online counselling is right for you, I offer a free 15-minute slot via Microsoft Teams so you can get a feel for how it works and whether it feels like the right fit for you.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and priced at £45 per session.

I believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone. If you're currently unable to afford the full fee, please don’t hesitate to get in touch—I’ll do my best to accommodate your circumstances where I can.
