Services
I’m so excited to launch a new counselling service that’s all about providing affordable support to those facing financial difficulties. This project is close to my heart, as it’s inspired by my own personal journey. There was a time when I found myself prioritizing everything else over my own well-being. During that time, I really wished for someone to talk to – a safe space to process my emotions and the support to navigate the overwhelming pressures of life. That experience made me realize how essential and valuable mental health support is, and it drove me to create this service, ensuring that everyone has access to the care they need, no matter their financial situation.
In-Person Counselling Location
The in-person counselling room is located at the Saint Aelreds Community Centre, tucked quietly at the back of Saint Aelreds Church. It’s a calm and peaceful space, designed to give you the time and space you need to reflect, heal, and process your feelings. While the room has a simple, clinical feel with just two chairs and a table, the care and therapeutic support you’ll receive will always meet the highest standards. My mission is to make sure that mental health support is accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstance.
The venue is fully accessible, with a ramp for easy entry. On-site parking is available, and there’s also plenty of unrestricted on-street parking nearby for your convenience.
Online Counselling
For those who prefer the comfort of their own home, I also offer online counselling sessions via Microsoft Teams. I know that for many people, receiving support from a familiar and safe environment can feel much more comfortable. Online counselling also offers the flexibility of saving time and eliminating the stress of travel. I’m also happy to offer a blended approach, where you can mix in-person and online sessions depending on what feels best for you and fits your schedule.
Whatever format works best for you, my goal is to make therapy as accessible and comfortable as possible – and to provide the support you need to move forward. Feel free to reach out to find a time and option that suits you!
